Finding inspiration.

One thing I often struggle with is finding inspiration for things, whether it be an outfit for a night out, a project I'm working on at work or what to have for dinner.
The internet is an incredible place, it's crazy to think what people did before the interwebs! I spend most of the day on the internet (my job involves being on the computer all day) and it's amazing how much you can find if you know what to search for. I've found inspiration for literally everything on the internet. Most of you will have heard of the sites I use for inspiration, I tend to head straight to Pinterest as my go-to place. Failing that, tumblr is always my second website. I don't think Tumblr is as good as Pinterest on any level, it's more of a blog that an inspiration site but still has so much on it that you can pull inspiration from.

I've recently started eating healthier and have planned most of my meals through Pinterest, they have an awesome filtration system so you can find exactly what you're looking for. If you haven't signed up to Pinterest, then you definitely need to. I'll leave the link to mine at the end of this most for you to check mine out for any ideas or just to see how I use it.

Despite all that, I'd definitely say that you will find the best inspiration from what you see during day. Literally anything can give you inspiration, I work for a graphic design company but look for inspiration in magazines, on the tv, on billboards, anywhere.

Ask yourself.

I can't believe it's almost April already, where is this year going? I feel like I haven't achieved much at all yet this year. I'm determined that this is going to be my year to finally achieve something major. I don't know what it might be, but it'll be something big!

This quote on Pinterest has become my go-to, whenever I think about where I want to be and what I want to be doing, I think of this quote. Is what i'm doing right now helping me get to where I want to be? A lot of the times, the answer is no. I've decided that by using this quote I will be able to direct myself and become better at doing the things that will help me get to where I want to be, rather than doing the same things every day and getting no where.

Where I want to be:

• I want to have a career I love, not a job, a career. Something that will take me places and constantly teach me new things. The job I am in now does teach me new things but I don't think it's what I want to spend the rest of my life doing. So that's one of the things I want to address this year. Working out whether I want to stay or try something new, whilst it's still relatively easy for me to do so.

• My image. I've been working on this since before Christmas now, but i'm not where I want to be. I have joined a gym and started eating much healthier. I definitely have a much healthier lifestyle than I used to. So this one isn't as important, i'm making the right decisions on this one already I think.

What are your goals for this year and how are you going about completing them? Do you have any quotes you love? Let me know in the comments below.
